If you want, you can trap one monk on the left ladder by luring him behind you, climbing up the ladder and dropping right to the lower level - he'll try to stay at your height, so he won't come off the ladder any more. You can first get the other treasures which you can reach and then just go ahead and dig holes for them to regenerate and at one point they'll bring it with them, one by one. The trick here is to make the monks regenerate in the far upper left, so they grab those two treasures in the upper right and bring them to you, cause you can't reach them yourself. Wait just below the top of the ladder for the monks to drop again, get the red key, unlock the door and exit. With that treasure in possession, drop to down to clear the right side the same way as you did the left. You'll have to dig two holes for the monks as they will be too close to evade. Stay one tile below the top of the highest ladder - the monks will come and drop to the bottom, giving you just enough time to get that single treasure in the central structure (dig right from the short rope, again right to widen the hole, get the treasure and dig left for an exit). Go up the left ladder structure, picking the treasure on the way. You'll have to use the first key in this level. To avoid this, make sure NOT to stay on the 2nd lowest level of the left or right structure. Easy peasy.įirst off, the monks should NOT drop in the central turf area where the treasure piece is, otherwise you can't finish the level. You can get past the monks towards the left again by climbing the tallest ladder (2nd from the right), let them climb after you and then dropping to the left. To pass them towards the right side, go to the bottom and dig a long row of holes for them to drop in and regenerate, which they will do at the top left, leaving the way open to the right side. This makes it easy to clear the first three ladders. Monks appear to have a general preference to chase you in a vertical, rather than horizontal direction, so when you climb a ladder, they'll climb a ladder too, even though it's an entirely different one.
You now have enough time to clean up the left central area and finally the small area in the upper left corner. Clear the central upper area, again making holes to the right for the monks to regenerate far away. Now that you're back at the bottom, make two holes left for the monks to fall in, run across them and leave more holes behind for good measure (monks regenerate in the large area). Climb the tall ladder, waiting for a good moment to drop right (when both monks climb after you ad are getting close to the top. Leave two holes for the approaching monks and run across them. Head for the hand bar, getting the gold piece on the way (the monk may previously have dropped it when you dug a hole for him), head for the final treasure at the left center and head for the exit on the platform above.įirst clear the lower left area (use the bar, drop, and get the rest towards the right). Head for the monk who will drop from the hand bar and dig a hole from him. Go to the far right, dig and fall through. A ladder to the exit will appear in the right shaft. Clear the top level and get the final gold at the bottom. Keep an eye out for the monk that drops down the right shaft as he will likely take the bottom right treasure with him for a while. Get the final gold at the bottom right and climb the ladder to the exit at the top right.Īfter the fall, climb up the ladders to the top, picking up all the gold and making one hole for a monk on the way. Go up the central ladder, picking up the gold on the top central platform and dropping on the right to get the other. Dig a hole for the monk if he's still there and get the gold. Go back up the first left ladder and drop right on the lowest platform.
Go to the bottom, picking up the 3 treasures on the way. The door appears in the upper right corner. You have to dig down two layers, so make sure to dig two tiles on the first layer before dropping in it. Proceed to the gold in the enclosed area by digging from above and finally the gold at the bottom-right area. Then get the center left gold by moving across the bars. The exit appears all the way on the top left.įirst get the top left gold by digging from the platform above. Drop down to collect the 3 remaining pieces on the lower right. Get the group of 5 gold pieces on the lower left, then proceed to the top, collecting everything on the way. No enemies present and no digging needed.
